This journal contains translations of papers from the Russian-language bimonthly "Mezhdunarodnyi nauchno-tekhnicheskiy zhurnal "Problemy upravleniya i informatiki". Subjects covered include information sciences such as pattern recognition, forecasting, identification and evaluation of complex systems, information security, fault diagnosis and reliability.
